Well here’s a fabulous update, I won’t be able to move the car for a whole month.

Powered by Max doesn’t get coilovers in until late december, I tried putting my stock struts on today and got the fronts on, but the rears are too long to work idk what the hell is happening there.

But yeah that’s basically my update as of now, there is nothing holding me back from moving out to Hemet now, I really wanted to get the car running before I move but that is not going to happen anymore.

Pretty bummed fuck this.

Is starting to look like an engine, I am so happy that it is finally coming together. I am learning so much from my step-dad and his infinite knowledge about anything automotive.

There is nothing I want to do more than wake up early and go have fun with friends in the desert again.

I can’t wait, next year will be even better!

I bought a fixed gear bike a couple of weeks ago and have been riding it short distances because it takes so much out of your legs.

Last night on the way back home a couple cops decided to pull me over for having no light, and write me a ticket.

Don’t they have better things to do like bust drug dealers or pull over drunk drivers, so ridiculous.

It finally seems like things are coming together with the engine.

I went and picked up the block today and the pits are gone from the overheating.

Bad thing is that it needed to be decked a little over .5mm to get it smooth again.

I had already bought a headgasket (1.1mm) which is now too small to use, thankfully I called FRSport (I HIGHLY recommend these guys for anyone looking to buy parts in SoCal area) and they said bring it in and exchange it for a thicker one.

I just brought my crankshaft, rods, and pistons back to the same machine shop today and they are getting balanced which should be pretty cool once it’s all back together.

Here’s my 100th post, gonna update my header.

How thick the stock S13 SR20 head is?
